- unlimited accident cover is not included. Full Insurance cover is subject to an excess and your maximum liability

Diclaimer
Insurance does not cover a damage to the underbody and roof of the rental car, which have been caused by gross negligence or by driving off-road.
Likewise, damage to the vehicle are not insured caused by breach of contract, over speeding, intent, gross negligence, or in a driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Also the insurance protection is not applicable if in the event of a accident a police report cannot be subwithted.
Not covered is the lost or the damage of the keys

- Availability of the cars: If your choosen car is not available YOR car hire is allowed, to hand over a similar car of the same group or without an additional charge a car of an higher group.

- Rates for 3 days are 50 % of the weekly rates
- Rates more than 3 and more than 7 days are based on the 7 day pro-rata

you have to pay a deposit at height of the self participation shown above 950, 1.500 or 2.500 Euro, by credit card (only Visa or Master Card are accepted). You will receive this deposit back even in a case of an accident if you have informed the policy and YOR car hire and you have not acted willfull or in a very big careless manner (for example as a drunken driver does).

Special terms and conditions

At the airports Faro/Lisbon the car will be delivered by an english speaking employee of YOR CAR HIRE. You will meet him just opposite of the glasdoor, through which you entered the Maynhall coming out of the luggage section.
Have a look for a round plate signed with the name YOR CAR HIRE.
His phone number is: 00351 969 787 039. Please present your passport and drivers licence to the employee - he will make the contract with you and has to receive the money (cash with 4 % discount or by credit card - Visa, American Express, Mastercard). There is no transfer to your rented car because the car is waitung just in front of the building.

We - your Algarve Car-hire Agent - are only agents und we will not become a partner of the contract with you. There is no fee to pay to us. The only partner you have is YOR CAR HIRE João Correia.
